Hotels

The Organising Committee will make all necessary arrangements, if the application forms are returned early.
Note that the Hotels listed are about 4-5 miles from the Campus in the most modern and central area of Kingston. Buses will be provided daily, before and after the sessions.

Car Rentals

All the major car rental agencies (Hertz, Avis, Budget, etc) have outlets in Kingston and arrangements can be made with overseas offices. Early bookings are advised to avoid disappointment since the Symposium will be held at the height of the tourist season.

Associate Particpants (spouses) US$ 150

Note that this fee does NOT cover the cost of accommodation.
